I'm a beginner to strength training, any advice before I start?"If you're a beginner then please start the plan without using anything heavy - just focus on correct form first. We advise you to only do one set of the workout when you're starting out and lower the reps to around 8. Please do not injure yourself by doing more than what you are capable of as a beginner. You can also opt out of some of the exercises if you find them too hard at first. Remember just doing a small amount is a huge achievement and you're still lapping everyone sat on the sofa!

How do I download and save the plan to my devices?Once you have purchased the plan (one-off payment) you will instantly see a download button. You will also receive an email with a download button. To download the PDF onto your phone follow the instructions below: iPhone: Open the email and press the download link. Open the PDF Select the export icon on the bottom left-hand corner (It looks like a box with and arrow pointing up) Scroll through the row of available apps to find 'Copy to Books'. Select this app to store your download. The Books app will then open and the PDF will be in your library for whenever you need it. Android: Open the email and press the download link Open the PDF Tap the three vertical dots icon on the top-right Tap Print Tap Select printer Tap Save as PDF Tap the Save icon Now you can select the place where you want to save the file. Easy!

Can I do your plans alongside my diet plan such as Slimming World?Yes! In fact we actively encourage it. In our Full Package Plan we have a Slimming World friendly two-week meal plan, meal plan template, weigh in tracker and mesaurement tracker. As well as a Slimming World friendly shopping list and tips and tricks to supercharge your fat loss!

I don't have much or any weight to lose, I just need to tone up!"Perfect! To get toned, you essentially need to be cutting down your percentage of body fat and building lean muscle mass. Don't worry, you won't become a bodybuilder! A lot of people believe the myth that muscle turns to fat over time, or that you can turn fat into muscle, but that's not how it works. You can, however, do both at the same time with our plans, meaning you lose excess fat and grow lean muscles resulting in a toned physique.

Do I need equipment to follow your plans?Most of our plans don't require equipment but we do recommend using some form of weight like large water bottles or a couple of tins of beans! If you're serious about toning and building lean muscle mass, or you're experienced with the workout then we do recommend purchasing a Hip Resistance band (for booty and legs) and either two dumbbells and/or a kettle bell to take your fitness to the next level.

I'm not at my target weight yet, can I use your plans now or should I wait?"No! Do not wait until you reach target. Keeping fit and active brings a wealth of benefits but one of the main ones is that you will be in a calorie deficit so you will burn more fat following our workout plans. Not only that, when you do reach target you will look slimmer, have less loose skin (if any) and you will be more toned than if you did zero exercise. Strength Training burns fat even when you're not doing anything so we absolutely recommend getting started as soon as you can!

Will I become bulky?Noooooooooooooo! We understand this is a fear, especially amongst us women. For years we have been shunned out of the weight areas in gyms and left slogging it on the treadmill and cross trainers, thinking that's where we belong. Well no more! To become 'bulky' you would need to have a very low body-fat percentage and be lifting extremely heavy weights. As well as eating an extreme amount of protein, carbs and supplements. So please do not fear that you will lose your curves or your femininity through strength training - this is completely untrue.

Do I have to follow the order of exercises exactly?Excluding our Booty workouts you do not need to follow the plan exactly. We've written the workouts in an order that we believe works your muscles best but feel free to amend how you see fit!

I'm struggling to complete the number of reps or sets - what shall I do?This is totally ok! Only you know your body and its capabilities. As long as your last two reps are a struggle then it doesn't matter if you're doing 5 or 15. Don't feel disheartened, our plans are designed to get the very optimum results so they're not supposed to be easy. As with anything in life start small! And you can always email us if you have any questions at all. We're more than happy to help and advise.

Is your plan a subscription?No, We do not offer subscription plans. Each plan is a one-off payment.

Are your plans suitable for the gym?Yes, all of our plans can be used in the gym. Especially when you are ready to incorporate weights to your routine.

Who creates your plans?Our plans are created by a team of women (and a tech guy!) who have been through their own weight loss journies, reached target and maintained. Through strength training we have toned up and transformed our physical and mental health. We are not qualified PTs or Nutritionists and don't claim to be. We just wanted to create affordable one-off payment plans that can help you change your life too!

I'd like to share my results with you but don't want my face to be online!We LOVE seeing your results and we would love to share them online. Each transformation we share encourages more people to transform their lives and we want you to be a part of that and celebrate your achievements! If you would prefer your face to be edited from the photo then of course we can do that for you or you can send it to us cropped - it's up to you. Just be sure to let us know that you would like your 'Before & After' to be anonymous.

Will I receive the plan in a printed format?No, all of our plans are digital downloads (PDF) only. You can download and save the PDF to your mobile, tablet, computer etc so you have it wherever you go. We do not send printed copies.
